Using meeting annotations in VRIFY Meetings

Steps

While presenting your deck, click on the pencil annotate icon. If you are in deck preview mode, this icon will be on the lower right of the screen.

Select a colour for your annotations. Choose a colour that will have high contrast compared to your slide so that your viewers will see it clearly.

You can annotate anywhere in the presentation area, as seen here.

You can also choose other colours to annotate with.

Click the arrow button to undo the last annotation you drew.

Clear all annotations by clicking the garbage can icon.

To close the annotation tool, click the annotation pencil icon again.

Done! Continue with your presentation as desired.
