Steps

To start, click on "Meetings".

Now, start your meeting. There are a few different ways to start a meeting.
One option is to start a previously scheduled meeting.

Or, you can begin a "Live Share" meeting.

Or start an "Audio / Video Meeting".

To access the background blur setting, first make sure "Add Video Conferencing" is toggled ON.

The background blur setting is enabled by default.
To turn off background blur, click to toggle it off.

If you enable background blur for your meeting, your attendees will also have the option to toggle on/off this feature.
If you disable background blur for your meeting, attendees will not have the option to blur their backgrounds.

Your camera preview will reflect the background blur setting so you can test which setting you prefer.

To enable the background blur setting, click to toggle it on.

Continue setting your other meeting preferences, such as whether to show slide captions and what deck you want to present.

Finally, click "Start Meeting".

Once in your meeting, the background blur settings cannot be adjusted.
