Steps

To start, click on "Admin".

Then, click on "Decks".

First, we will preview the deck you'll be presenting to ensure 3D Models and 360 imagery are pre-loaded. Click on the 3-dot menu next to the deck you will be presenting.

Click on "Preview Deck".

Click through your deck to pre-load the 3D Slides and 360 Slides. This will ensure they are pre-loaded when you go to present, preventing lag due to internet connection at the time of presenting.

You can enter full screen mode by typing ^⌘f on your MacOS computer, or Ctrl+F11 on your Windows device. Alternatively, click the 3-dot menu on the top right of your Chrome browser.

Then, click the full screen icon.

You can also minimize the side bar if you want it hidden from your viewers.

To start presenting, plug your laptop into the HDMI connected to the presentation screen. The screen should be set to mirror (on Mac), or duplicate (on Windows).

Then, use the arrow buttons to navigate between slides.

Finally, when you are ready to end your presentation, remove the HDMI cord from your laptop before exiting the deck. This will ensure your viewers do not see any private or secure content from your laptop screen.
