Access the login page at admin.shelterzoom.com.

When an Admin User first logs in, they are directed to the User Management page. Here, they can easily access a comprehensive list of all team or organization members.

As an Administrator, you have the ability to include individual users in this section. These users will not receive any prompts to make a purchase when they install Document GPS.

Within this section, the administrator has the option to easily upload users in bulk by utilizing a CSV file.

Company information is displayed in the Account Settings section.

In the Group Management section, administrators have the ability to create groups, which in turn generates a dedicated tab known as Group Space within the extension. This feature allows members of a group to access all documents uploaded by each member, making it particularly useful for departments where shared access to common files is essential.

When you hover over this area, you will see icons for Users List, Add Users, Edit Group, and Delete Group.

The Users List function allows you to view the existing users already added to a certain group.
With the Add Users feature, you can access a list of all team users and select which ones to add to a particular group space.
Edit Group enables you to make changes to the group name.
Deleting a group will revoke access to group documents for its members.

Enterprise Administrators listed in this section will have the ability to manage users, add additional administrators, and remove existing administrators as needed.

An administrator can remove another administrator from this page by clicking on the delete button located to the right of the "last-active" date.

The Log Extract feature allows users to download a CSV file containing a comprehensive list of all users for easy reference and management.
