Sync your calendar with VRIFY Meetings

Steps

To start off, click on "Meetings".

Click on "Let investors book a meeting with you".

If it is not yet turned on, click "Turn on feature".

If no calendars are synced with VRIFY, you will be prompted to go to the calendar sync steps.
Click on "Take me to calendar sync".

Click on the Calendar provider you use.
Then, follow the steps that pop up for your specific provider to sync your account.

Once your calendar is synced, you can click on "Turn on feature".
Alternatively, you can finish setting up your calendar settings through the next steps and turn the meeting booking feature on later.

If this is your first time setting up this feature, go back to the Meetings tab. Click "Meetings".
Or, if you've done the initial setup already, you can click "Next" and continue through the remaining steps.

Click on "Let investors book a meetingLet investors book a meeting with you".
Then, click "Edit Settings".

Here, check the boxes for the meeting durations you want to allow investors to book with you.

Next, select whether you will use VRIFY's video conferencing tool.

Now, click on "Next".

Here, you can double check to make sure the correct calendar is synced with VRIFY.
Then, click "Next".

Next, click the squares to set what times you want to allow investors to book meetings with you.

Set the correct time zone for meeting bookings.

Click on "Save".

Done! Now, you can share your meeting bookings.
You can Add to VRIFY Decks.

Or, copy the link to your meeting booking to use in places like press release boiler plates or email signatures.

Or, go to the Company Editor to manage more options.

Click on "Finish".

Depending on whether you had enabled the direct investor booking feature in the earlier steps, you can go back to the Meetings tab to turn on or off the feature.
