Steps

To start, click on "Meetings".

Click on "Schedule a Meeting".

Click on the "Live Share" presenting method.
This is recommended when presenting through a 3rd party conferencing software.

Next, enter a title for your meeting.

Enter the email addresses of the participants you want to invite to your scheduled meeting.
When using 3rd party conferencing, you do not need to add invitees. Instead, once you're done scheduling the meeting, you can share the joining information in your 3rd party calendar invite.

Set a date for your meeting.

Now, set a start and end time for the meeting.

Here, you can add a description or meeting agenda.

Now, click on "Schedule".
Once scheduled, any participant email addresses added will receive a meeting invite to the email addresses entered in the invite.

From the Meetings page, you can click on the meeting you scheduled to review the meeting details.

The Meeting Details will show the meeting's title, participants, description, and joining info.

You can copy the joining info by clicking "Copy to Clipboard".

You can edit the meeting details by clicking "Edit Meeting".

When it's time to start your meeting, click on the invite from the Upcoming meetings on the Meetings page.
