Steps

Click on "Assets".

After that, click on the element.

Click on "Go to detailed view and checklist".

Once that's done, click on "Confirm" to get checklist.

After, click on "Create Work Order" to create a work order in Hexastates solution.
Another way to do this is to have it create a work automatically in Hexastates software or in your existing maintenance software. The alarm can be integrated so it creates a work order so you don't need to.

After checking all info is correct, click on "Next".

Again double check everything looks OK - then press on "Next".

Set the maintenance task "Priority" to help your team and yourself understand how important the task is.

Finally, upload an attachment if needed and hereafter click on "Finish".
