Steps

From the home page click the settings button.

Click on "Custom Fields".

Click on "Create new custom field".

Fill In form to your needs.

You can specify offices here by turning this on.

Click on the Office that you would like the 'Custom Field' to apply to.

Click on "Create Field" to finish set up.

Once the meeting has created the 'Field' will show in the summary page.
