Description
Use the Check-In / Check-Out behavior to know who is in possession of an item.
Steps

ObjectVoice Check-In / Check-Out Behavior

Click here to edit the name of your ObjectVoice.

Just hit Enter when done to save the new name.

Click "details" to change this ObjectVoice's behavior.

Find the Check-In / Check-Out behavior and click "Choose".

Use the fields to customize the Check-In / Check-Out behavior for your needs.

As you use the fields the phone preview will automatically update to show how this will look on a phone display.

Click "OK" to acknowledge the item has been checked out.

When you are ready to make any edits to your ObjectVoice live, simply click "Publish".
