Welcome to Customer Rescheduling and Cancelling demo!

Click on "Appointments".

Click on Product name.

Click on "Advanced".

Check this box to allow customers to reschedule their appointments. After enabling it, please specify the cutoff time. If you set it as 1 day, customers won't be able to reschedule if there's less than 1 day left before the scheduled appointment.

Check this box to allow customers to Cancel their appointments. After enabling it, please specify the cutoff time. If you set it as 1 day, customers won't be able to Cancel if there's less than 1 day left before the scheduled appointment.

After, click on "Save".

When the feature is enabled, customers will receive a link in their confirmation emails that allows them to cancel or reschedule their appointment.

Customers can either use the link directly.

Alternatively, they can utilize the customer portal link to achieve the same.

In the customer portal, they will be able to see the reschedule and cancellation options for their respective bookings.
