Steps

Go to your general settings

Click on "General settings/Domain".

Click on "Edit domain".

Choose the subdomain where you want your Client Portal to be hosted, like: portal.yourdomain.com or clients.yourdomain.com

Click on "Validate".
Next, either copy your settings or keep this window open while you go to your custom domain provider's website.

Go to your custom domain provider and create a new record in the DNS settings or menu.

In the dropdown menu, select the CNAME type.

For the Host/Name, use the subdomain you chose previously on Hubflo, like "portal" or "www" (e.g., portal.yourdomain.com or www.yourdomain.com)

The Target/Value must always be set to portal.hubflo.com, otherwise it won't work.
