Steps

Click on "Send".

Select an "Existing client" or "Create a new one"

Click "Send": Your client will receive an email with a link to the SmartDoc.
They can also view and complete it through the client portal if they have access.

Your SmartDoc is pending until your client completes it.

We’re connected as the client on your Client Portal.

They can click on the document that needs to be completed

After that, they can start the completion of the Smartdoc online

Once the client has completed all the elements in the document, they can click "Submit".
You'll receive a confirmation email and a notification on Hubflo.

Your client can download the completed document.

Back on the "Completions" tab, you’ll now see that the document is marked as "Completed".
You can click on it to view or download the document.
