Description
Connect your email account (Outlook) as a trigger in your agent, so your agent can start receiving messages sent to that account.
Steps

Receive emails from Outlook

On the Agents page, click on “New”.

Click on "Create agent".

Give your agent a name, e.g. FAQ Email Follow-Ups.

Click on "Outlook" and follow the process of connecting to your email account.

You can choose what emails get sent to your agent using outlooks search syntax (click on "here" to see examples).
In this case, we only want to receive emails sent to our account that contain the phrase "ask us anything" in our subject line.
Usually, you would have an account setup just for responding to questions, instead of setting up a filter. But this is how you do it anyway.

Click on "Confirm", your agent will now start receiving emails based on your filtering rules. It can take up to 20m for the first one to appear.

Click on "Confirm & continue" to save your newly created agent. Next, we'll teach it how to respond to the emails it receives.
