Here is an overview of the forms landlords will receive when invited to complete their material information.
Steps

Here are the landlord Material Information questions.
The Landlord can keep a track of the questions completed with the percentage complete list on the right hand side of the screen. Green ticks are complete. Here we are 29% complete.

Note that, if for any reason your landlord can't complete the questions, agents can log into the form via their Moverly dashboard under 'landlord forms' and complete the information for them. You'll just need to share the information back with the landlord once it's completed to get their confirmation they're happy with it.

The agent will now receive confirmation of the completed MI form and the certificate will be accessible in Moverly, in compatible CRM document folders. A unique public URL will be made available in the agent's dashboard along with MI description and unique QR code.
