How do I download my Skills reports to a spreadsheet?

Steps

If you want to download results for both teacher and student screenings you can do so from your screening window page.
Start by clicking the "Skills" tab.

Then, click on "Screening windows".

Click the "View" link of the screening window you want the results for.

Next, click the Gear icon to the right of the screening window name.

Then, choose "Export Student Screenings" or "Export Teacher Screenings".

Click the Download file button.

You can also download student results from the Student Directory page. Click on Skills and then Student Directory.

Click on "Screening window" and choose the screening window you want the results for.

Click on "Select grade level" and choose the grade level you want the results for.

You may also click "Section", "Current tier", "Previous tier", and "More filters" to narrow down the report you want to view.

Click the Export XLS button and you will be able to download your student's results.
