Steps

Getting your screeners created might seem complicated, but it can be broken down into just a few steps. Click the arrow to begin.

Click on the "Skills" tab.

Next, click on "Screening windows".

Then click on the Create screening window button.

Click here and type the name or title of your Screening window.

Click here and type the Description of your Screening window.

Click here and select the date you want your Assessment window to start.

Click here and select the Term associated with your Screening window.

Click on Create group button to create the Screening window.

Next, you'll need to create the audience for your screening window, where you'll determine which teachers and students you want to participate. To do this, click on "View".

Then, click on the "Create audience" button.

Here you can select which sections and respective teachers who will be sent the screening assessments.

Click the Save button once that is done.

Once you've created your screening window and audience, you're ready to send out your screeners. Click on the "Students" tab.

Then, click on "Not sent".

Click here to select all the students or you can select which student to send the screener by checking their respective checkboxes.

Once that is done, click on the Send all button.

You can check the Send email notification checkbox if you want the students to be notified via email.

To end, click on the "Proceed" button.
