This tutorial walks you through the BoodleBox chat folder feature.
Steps

To add a folder, click here.

Type your folder name and click add.

To add a chat to a folder, click here.

Choose Move to folder, and click on the folder you would like to move the chat to.

For more folder options, click here.

From here you can view folder statistics, copy the folder link to share, edit the name or add the folder chats to your knowledge bank.

Folder stats allow you to see chats, prompts, messages and assistants used by all members of the folder.
