Admin - How do I create a screening audience and send the screeners?

Steps

After you create your screening window, you'll need to create an audience to send your screeners to. Satchel Pulse makes creating these audiences easy.

From your Dashboard, go to the Skills dropdown and click Screening Windows.

Click on "View".

From the grade level field, click on "Create audience".

Put a check on the class you wish to send the screener to, and click Save once done.

Once the audience for the screener has been created, we now need to send the screening assessment to them.
From the grade level field, click on "Not sent".

For this example, we only have one class present, but you may put a check on multiple classes you'd like to receive the screener.
For the meantime, we will click Send All as we want for all classes on this grade level to be screened.

Next up, you may put a check on the email notification. Take note that it is suggested to send a notification if the screening window is already on going, and not before its Start Date.

Next up, click on "Proceed".

Finally, click on "OK" to complete your action in sending the teacher screeners!
