Steps

In the Master Product Page, Select the product you want to merge.

Now, click to initiate the merge process.

Choose the specific product detail you want to merge. You can search by SKU or Name or simply scroll down.

Then, confirm by clicking 'Next.'

You can switch which product you want to keep by selecting 'Switch' to change settings.

You can always 'Switch' back.

Next, reset matching attributes by choosing 'Reset Matching.'

Select the product variant you need.

Choose the appropriate match for each variants.

Now, select another product variant.

Confirm all changes by clicking 'Next.'

Finalize your choices by clicking 'Merge.'

Once the merge is success. The merge master product will become one and will live on each shops.

You can check and manage the variant information by clicking inventory part and expand it

Turn on the toggle if you want to modify the variant data.

Simply click the variant option, to activate or deactivate each variant option in the product for each shops.

You will see the toggle to get the information whether the variant is active or not.

Simply turn of the toggle if you want to turn off the variant

Dont forget to click "Confirm".

Then click "Publish" button again, to update the data in Marketplace.

You can do the same step to each shops by clicking the status icon in the middle right Channel Product Page.

Every time you do product merge, you will leave history in this page.

You will see product history automatically whenever you create, manage, merge, and delete product.

You can also check the history page in the history logs in the Master Products.

Now let's see what happened to your stock after the product merge

If you turn off the variant option, the stock also will be turn off automatically.
