Sometimes, you'll need to change a student's tier after placement. Fortunately, Satchel Pulse makes that easy to do.
Let's learn how to change a student's tier after tier placement.

Start by navigating to the Student Directory by clicking on Skills dropdown in the user menu on the left of the screen...

Following that, click on "Student directory".

We can see that this student is already tiered, so let's click the name and use this as an example.

Click on "Actions".

Click on "Change student tier".

Choose the tier you would like to place the student into.

Enter a message explaining why

Finally, click on "Save changes".
