Steps

In this lesson, users learn how to navigate the student profile as well as the functions that can be done from the student profile page.

Under the Skills dropdown, click on "Student directory".

In the Students Directory Page, you can filter the list from the given drop down options.

You can also click More filters for more options such as gender, ethnicity, etc.

Next up, you can search for the student name on this field.

You can also view which students have those who have active interventions or no interventions assigned.

After looking for the student, just click their name on the list to view more information.

In this page, we can now see the various information such as the student's personal information;

And clicking the Actions dropdown, we can see other functions such as requesting personal and subskill assessments.

The graph on the left shows the CASL Competency pentagram that displays the most recent, student self-assessment, the teacher's screener, and their combined score.

Here, is the Student's Skills growth chart.

The Screeners overview shows the scores given by students, teacher, and combines CASEL competency rating. If there have been multiple cycles of Skills screenings, multiple screening results will be present.

If a subskills assessment is assigned to the student, their results will populate here. Subskill assessments target one or more aspect of the five CASEL competencies.

Before we end, we also want to show you the Interventions tab found the top of the Student Directory page.

In this page, users will be able to see if there are any upcoming interventions planned, any interventions currently in progress, or any have been paused, finished, or a draft was created and not submitted.
