Welcome to BoodleBox! We're delighted you're here and can't wait for you to get started. Here is a complete walkthrough of the platform to get you acquainted.

Starting your first chat is easy with Quick Commands. They allow you to begin in just one-click.

Click on any command to start a chat using the bot and prompt provided.

It will immediately start a chat that you may continue.

To start a new chat click on the "+" at any time.

From there, type your prompt in the chat bar and hit enter or click the blue arrow.

We have over 1,000 Bots in BoodleBox. To view the bots, click on the bot icon in the left-hand navigation menu which opens the Bot Garage.

When you find a bot you want to use frequently, you may favorite the bot by clicking the heart icon.

If you see a bot you don't want to use, you can always hide the bot by clicking the eye icon.

To start a chat with a bot from the Bot Garage, click the arrow next to the bot you want to chat with.

From there, much like quick commands, you may continue the chat by typing in the chat bar and clicking enter or the blue arrow.

You can chat with many bots in the same chat in BoodleBox. To switch to a new bot, click the "x" next to the bot name in the chat bar.

To select a new bot, type a keyword for what you are looking to accomplish in the chat bar (i.e. edit the text from the last message).

As you type, suggested bots will begin to populate above based on your text provided.

From there, select the bot you want to chat with.

It will appear as the selected bot so you may continue where you left off.

As you chat with bots, you may want to share some information with them that is relevant to the task at hand. You can do this by uploading "knowledge" to any chat.
When knowledge is attached to your chat, all of the bots in your chat will be able to reference it, making them smarter and more tailored to your specific needs.

To add knowledge to a chat, simply click the paperclip icon in the chat bar or in the top right corner.

From there, you can either select knowledge documents you have already uploaded

or upload a new PDF, text file, Word doc, or CSV file by clicking "Add Knowledge to Bank" in the top right corner.

When you choose to upload knowledge, you may either drag and drop files into the window, or click here to upload them from your computer.

After selecting your files, they will appear here when they are ready to be uploaded.

From there, simply click upload to begin the process of uploading your documents to the Knowledge Bank.

Once your documents have finished uploading, they will appear here.

You may then select the document or documents you want to add to your chat.

And click the attach button to attach them to your chat.

If you want to view the knowledge attached to your chat, you may do so by hovering over the paperclip icon in the top right corner.

If you ever wish to remove the knowledge attached to your chat, click the "x" next to any document to remove it.
If you ever wish to add more knowledge to your chat, click "Attach" in the top right corner to add more documents.

If you would like to share your chat with others and collaborate, click on the "add people" icon in the top right of the chat window.

From there, you can copy your link by clicking "Copy Link" and share it via email, Slack, LMS, or any other messaging platform.

As people join your chat, their picture will appear in the top right of your chat. When you hover over the pictures, it will list the chat members below.

You can chat directly with chat members by typing "/" before any message in the chat bar.

or by clicking the three dots in the chat bar and selecting "switch to message mode".

Additionally, to add some fun to every chat, chat members can react to both bot and human messages with one or many emojis.
