How to Create a Collection

An interactive guide on creating a collection, adding cases, and inviting users.
Steps

How to use ReelDx Collections

First up, click on "Collections".

Following that, click on "Create Collection".

Now, name your collection.

You can also add a description!

Your collection can be open to your whole ReelDx group, or set to Invite Only.

You can also assign another user to be the Collection Owner.

Check this box if you would like to restrict collection editing to just the owner.

Now, press "Create Collection"

Now, you can invite users to the collection.
To do so, click on this icon.

Next up, click on "Add By List".

Select your users from the list shown.
If you do not see a specific user, they may not be [invited to the group](https://help.reeldx.com/en/articles/2160712-add-members-to-the-group-option-a-b).

Once all users are selected, press "Add Members".

Now, let's add some cases.
Return to your collection by clicking here.

Click on "Add Cases".

You can add cases by using the search bar, the filters, or selecting directly from the list below!

Once you have your cases picked, click on "Add".

You should now see your cases displayed below.

You can also add cases directly from the library!
To do so, select "Cases".

To add a case, select this icon while hovering over the image.

Now, scroll down until you see your collection.

Select the "+" icon to add this case to your collection!
