Once logged in we will go ahead and pretend that we are going to see a patient

Next, initiate a new encounter.

Now, activate the microphone feature.

Proceed to start the encounter.

Pause the encounter when done with your appointment and ready to make the note.

Assign the encounter after pausing.

Select the Name of the Patient. In our example it is 'Johnny P'. Click it to proceed.

All the Parameters that we need are in the right side. In this example "ADHD Outpatient" is the name of our template we will be using to generate this note.

Click on Pertinent History and make any changes.
⚠️ History will migrate to the future appointments!

The proceed to charting MSE.
👨🏻⚕️ Our Patient's MSE is WNL except for "Impulse Control", it is "Fair".
