First, we are going to navigate to settings.

In settings, we will navigate to "Student Services".

To get to the meat of the enrollment process, were going to navigate straight to "Student Enrollment".

Here you can see all the enrollment terms we have already added, these terms will be acknowledged by students when they sign up. Adding a new term is easy!

Simply give your term a title.

You'll add the term text, view additional options, and finally add it to the relevant training packages.

Now let's check out Custom Data Fields.

If you'd like your admin staff to collect specific information that is unique to your workflow, you can see and add these fields from here!

Let's take a look at the Registration Email next.

Here you can easily customize all the data that is initially sent to the student in the registration email. All data fields are at your control and at your fingertips with ease!

Here you can see all of the files that are requested from the student when they enroll. For your convenience, Student Qualification files, are preloaded as these are required by the FMCSA.
