Enter the Contacts module

Click on "Create Email Campaign".

Afterwards, click on "Existing Template".

Once that's done, click on the element.

Scrolling down can show you all of the pre-loaded templates, along with any additional ones you have created on your journey.

After that, click on "Important Issue".

The "Important Issue" template is here. The content is written, but you can make any adjustments you see fit.

Any adjustments can be made here. Even adding a button to the top of the email.

Click on "Update Template"

Click on "Contacts".

Then, click on "My Lists".

Any and all lists you have created during your time on the Proximity platform appear here, and each list may be emailed individually from this screen.

Click on "Send Email".

Click on the dropdown to select a list

Then, click on "Voting Logistics".

Click on "Save & send email".

From this menu, "Email Campaigns", we can see email history. The most recent is right at the top. We can see that the "Status" column says "Processing", as well as the date and time, template used, and the list which we sent it to. All past emails are here, and is one way to see how many times you have touched a particular list with an email.
