To start off, click on "Sign In".

This is Lilly's Health Profile, the area in Wave that hosts her most used personal information. Think of this like an intake form you fill in at a health professional's office. You can add allergies and history, preferred Pharmacy, emergency contacts and details of your health insurance coverage.

You can see we can collect a variety of readings commonly measured at home or the Dr's office, relating to your health.

Visits shows a list of all visits to Health Professionals and Clinics. You can add Facility, Physician, Reason and Type.

Medications and Supplements can be used to keep a record of prescription medications and other supplements or naturopathic remedies you may be taking. We allow you to record, in detail, information relating to your medications and even have a field to upload an image to aid in identifying tablets and capsules.
