You can easily teach Hanna at any level—whether it’s the entire company, a project or initiative, or just for you. This unique approach delivers the most relevant insights to each team member based on their role or position in the organization.

Hanna includes a calendar, so you can add your appointments, invite others, or create a videocall with members or clients

On the left-hand side, you’ll find the initiatives. An initiative is a functional unit within an organization that brings people together to achieve a common goal.

Like a team, an initiative comprises members who work together and contribute their skills and expertise to achieve specific results.

Each initiative has its own members and unique set of privileges. An employee can belong to one or more initiatives.

Initiatives can be grouped for clarity. For example, you can create a group for all finance-related initiatives.

And another for those focused on products.

If you are an administrator, you will also have access to the special administration menu from where you can better manage Hanna, licenses, users, and initiatives.

SmartNotes are the foundation of how Hanna learns and adapts to your organization's unique needs. Unlike traditional documentation or notes, SmartNotes are intelligent containers that store information but can also teach Hanna about your organization's knowledge, processes, and strategic priorities.

Smartnotes enable you to train Hanna with PDFs, images, Word documents, Excel files, PowerPoints, and text files. Review the Smartnotes tutorial to discover more about how to use these features.

If the Smartnote is Pink, Hanna has learned it.

If it's white, it's just information for you or your team.

To teach Hanna with contents of a Smartnote, click on the three dots and select “Teach Hanna.”

Smartnotes are stored in collections, which are like notebooks. A collection can contain one or more Smartnotes and define the scope of the knowledge taught and its visibility.

Sharing Smartnotes company-wide, within an initiative, or privately will impact how Hanna Prodigy learns and integrates your knowledge into its artificial brain.

Hanna is language neutral. One team can teach her in Spanish, another in English, but she always responds in the language of the interface, helping to integrate multilingual teams.
