Welcome to Equitable's Plan Build API Employee Navigator Integration Demo!

Your Onboarding Dashboard is part of your EB360® platform, providing a simple, central place to manage and track all your digital onboarding cases.

Complete the Case Set Up, the first step in digital onboarding, before starting the Employee Navigator API connection. Click the button under the Action column to proceed with a milestone.

Step 1: Purchase Summary Start by checking the plan information for accuracy. This step is important for submitting any changes to Equitable, ensuring the case is set up correctly from the beginning of onboarding.

Step 2: Plan Details Review the pre-filled plan details for accuracy. This ensures all information matches the agreed terms, streamlining onboarding and reducing errors.

Step 3: Client Details Collect client details like enrollment dates, benefit platforms, EDI vendors, and billing type to ensure accurate group setup.

Step 4: Final Review Review all information from the previous steps. Missing details will be highlighted. This ensures everything is complete and accurate before moving forward in onboarding.

Submission Complete and submit the Case Set Up before starting the Employee Navigator connection. Pending Change Requests:  Submit them to Equitable and do not initiate the Employee Navigator integration. No Pending Change Requests:  Commit the Case Set Up, then proceed with the Employee Navigator integration. You can make changes after committing, but remember to update Employee Navigator too.

After submitting the Case Set Up, you can start the real-time API integration with Employee Navigator. Continue to the next screen to select the applicable path.

Step 1: From the menu in the top left, choose 'Partner API Integration'.

Step 2: Identify the group in EB360® Once you're logged into EB360®, you'll land directly on your Benefit Admin Integration page. Find the applicable group and click on 'Integrate'.

Step 2: Identify the group in EB360® For certain products, you'll be asked how you'd like the plans configured. Select the applicable options.

You can continue to complete the digital onboarding case while the plan build is being completed.
