Welcome to our demo!

The dashboard icon is above your inbox icon on the left workspace panel.

Filter data by clicking the date dropdown, selecting your desired range and the dashboard will update automatically.

Active contacts: anyone who interacted with a channel in a specific time period. Compared to the total number of contacts that have interacted since the workspace was created.

Active users: users (e.g., Agents) who interacted with tickets in a given time period. Compared to the total number of users in your workspace.

Open Tickets: The total number of open tickets in your LiveChat Inbox, not tied to a specific date range.

Conversations: The total number of conversations across all channels (e.g., WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Web Chat). The percentage indicates the distribution of conversations by channel for a given time period.
