Steps

Welcome to our demo!

Start by selecting the Flows option to proceed.

Now, click Create a flow to initiate a new workflow.

Next, adapt the trigger by choosing Live chat ticket closed.

Then, proceed by clicking Next.

Afterward, add a new step by tapping the + symbol.

Subsequently, select Message from the menu options.

Continue by entering your text where it says Type message here...

Following that, begin typing your resolution message in the provided space.

Once finished, save your progress by clicking Save.

Click "Save draft" to save your work without finalizing.

Finally, confirm your changes by selecting Publish.

Confirm publication by clicking "Publish" again to complete.
