Welcome to Co-Pilot Knowledge Walkthrough

The tutorial plays automatically, but you can take control at any time. Use the pause button to stop or resume.

Use the back/forward arrows to rewind or advance at any time or step.

- Co-Pilot Knowledge is a lightning web component that can be added virtually anywhere in your page layouts ... To the Home Page layout, or to any object page layout as a Primary or Sidebar Component. It's your choice. - In this example here it's been added to the Lead page as a sidebar component.

Enter a keyword or phrase to initiate your search. Tip: Enhance your search by using keywords, phrases in quotes (e.g., 'exact match'), and wildcards (\*) for flexible results."

Click on "Search"

This is where your search results will appear.

Search results can appear in one of three formats: HTML, Video, or Documents (including files like PDFs, images, slides, and other common file types).

Click "Clear" to erase results and start a new search!

Enter your new search phrase.

Then click on "Search" again.

- Search results will display up to 50 records. Grayed-out or darkened icons indicate which file types are included in the results. - View Column are the HTML results - Attachment Column is your documents, pdfs, slides, images, etc - Video Column is for the video results.

Click on the icon of your choice to launch the content. Your selected content will open in a separate pop-up window for easy viewing.

Let's search again to see if we can find a video. Just so you can see what that looks like.

Let's click on "Clear" again to remove the previous search results.

Let's enter a new search phrase.

Let's click on "Search" again after entering that new search phrase.

We have one search result with a "Video". Click on the "Video" icon to launch the video.
