Lead time lets you set a minimum notice period before invitees can book a meeting, ensuring you have adequate time to prepare and avoid last-minute bookings.

Visit the Scheduling links page.

Click on the scheduling link.

Click on Where tab.

You can see some lead time and an option to add custom lead time as well. you can also set lead time in minutes, hours and days. and then click on save.
