A scheduling link automatically asks for the name and email to anyone booking a meeting. If you'd like to collect more information about your clients, you can add additional questions to your scheduling link.

Visit the Scheduling links page.

Click on the scheduling link to add questions.

Click on Settings.

Click on Questions.

Here, click on add question. Click on question type, you'll see a list of questions type. click on the question type that you want to add.

You can also mark the question as required.

Click on Save changes.

When a client books a slot, they’ll be prompted to answer a few questions that you have added.
