Steps

Senior writers assigns topics to you.

You pick blogs to write in the same order as shown in the app.
Choose blogs which are in the status - "Topic Approved by You"

When you pick a blog to write, change its status to "Writing in Progress"

Once you are done working on the blog, move it back to "Submitted for Gush Review"

Only after you submit a blog, pick another blog to write.

Similarly change the status to "Writing in Progress"

Here's where the senior writer comes in to evaluate the blog.

If the blog is all good, they will move it to "Approved by Gush"

If the blog requires more work, they will move it back to "Writing in Progress"

Prioritize fixing these edits.

Once done move them back to "Submitted for Gush Review"

Only when the blogs are approved by the senior writer you get the count for it.

Then the blogs are sent for customer review.
By changing the status to "Submitted for Your Review"

The customer then reviews the blogs.

If the blog is good to go, the customer moves it to "Approved by You"

If they feel like the blog needs changes.

They move the blog to "Feedback from You"

Regularly check for feedbacks from the customer.

If you find one inform your senior writer and move it to "Writing in Progress"

Work on this blog as a priority

After you are done, move it back to "Submitted for Gush Review"

The senior writer then QCs and moves it back to "Submitted for Your Review"

The customer reviews if the requested changes are implemented.

Then the customer moves it to "Approved by You"
