Description
Run the Grooper installers on Grooper web servers and processing servers.
Steps

The Grooper installer lays down the application files necessary to run the platform. It should be installed on the Grooper web server where the Grooper Web Client is installed and any Grooper processing servers where Activity Processing services are running.

Unzip the "GrooperInstall" ZIP and open the extracted folder.

Navigate through the install folders until you find the setup application.

Open the "setup" app.

If this is your first time installing Grooper, you may be prompted to install various prerequisite applications. These applications are required to run the platform.

Install any prereqs.

The Grooper installer will install each prerequisite for you.... Be aware, certain prerequisite installs may require you to restart your machine. After restarting, you will need to complete the previous steps to continue installing Grooper.

Once prereqs are installed, click "Next" to begin the Grooper install.

After clicking "Next" read through the End User License Agreement.

Accept the Grooper EULA

Step through the installer prompts until you see the "Install" button.

Click "Install" to install Grooper.

The Grooper install should only take a few minutes to complete.

Click "Finish" when done.

The Grooper installer lays down the Grooper application files in the destination install folder selected during installation. Unless you changed it during installation, this will be in "C" "Program Files" "BIS" "Grooper"

The Grooper application files are installed to the destination folder.

Lastly, the Grooper installer installs the Grooper Command Console application. GCC for short. GCC is a command line interface for performing system configuration and administrative tasks. You will learn more about GCC when you install your first Grooper Repository.
