Navigate to Admin settings.

Click on "Branding & Customization".

Edit the Program Settings.

Add the Program Details in the space provided.

You can personalize award feed post style by selecting between two distinct styles. Let’s take a look at each one

Edit here to customize the platform branding.

You can update the Program Logo, Login Page Background, Favicon, Bot Avatar, and Profile here. Additionally, you can personalize the backgrounds for birthday, anniversary, new joiner, and leaderboard posts to match your organization's branding. Similarly, other wishboards and the Wall of Fame can also be customized simply by clicking "Edit" next to the particular card and uploading the desired background.

Select interface theme.

Customize the UI widgets, active menu, award block, and reward store colors, including icon and background colors.

To customize the menu colors, click inside the box to select a color or enter the hex code.

Select the feed header style.

For gradient style, select the colors and save.

Please upload the customized banner image for the Feed header.

Click on "Save" to confirm your selections.

Save your selection.

Navigate to Admin Settings > User Access Management > Access Controls.

The platform offers broad categories of feature accessibility, including Home Permissions, Recognition, Gifts, Surveys, Reports, User Access, Billing and Customization, Other Permissions, User Data Visibility, and Action Planning. Each of these categories contains various specific functions that can be assigned to different user roles, allowing for tailored access based on responsibilities and needs.
