How to add the JSON Metadata Export Format.
Steps

Click the right arrow to begin.

Click "..." on the Export Format property to bring up the Format window.

Click the Add button.

Select JSON Metadata.

This simple Export Format outputs extracted Data Model values to a JSON file. A JSON file is generated for each Batch Folder.

Click OK.
