Information for the Mail Export Definition - how to add it, and the necessary properties one needs to configure.
Steps

Click the right arrow to begin.

Click on "..." to bring up the Export Definitions window.

Click the Add button.

Select Mail Export.

Mail Export is used to send documents from Grooper to email servers.

The "Target Folder" identifies what email folder you want to export to.

The "Mail Server" property defines the host name, or IP address of the email server to which you are exporting.

If there is any login information needed to access the mailbox, enter it in the "Username" and "Password" properties.

When finished, click OK.
