Creating a self-signed cert is an easy to connect to the Grooper website using HTTPS
Steps

Secure HTTPS connection (Chrome)

SSL certs are bound to a website in IIS.

Open IIS Manager.

Select the server connection.

Click "Create Self-Signed Certificate..."

Name the certificate.

Select the Default Web Site

Click "Add..."

Change "Type" to "https"

Verify HTTPS binding has been added.

You can now connect to Grooper using HTTPS:
