If the Supademo editor detects that you have hotspot text that is different from the voiceover text, it will display a helpful tooltip below.
Clicking will quickly switch you over to the voiceover view.

You'll see a new Sync with hotspots button on the voiceover panel.
Click this option any time to sync your voiceover script to match your hotspot text in seconds.

Finalize the sync by confirming and text will be synced in real-time.
