Send gifts and Manage gifting events

Click on Gift.

You can view all the previous gifting events here.

Select the event name.

Click on "Manage Gifts".

Click on "Automate Gifts".

Following that, click on "Revoke Gift".

Afterwards, click here.

Click on the element.

Next, click on "Thanksgiving Gifts".

Click on Send Gift.

You can select an event type to send the gift to.

Once that's done, click on "Next".

Next, click on "Upload CSV".

Some templates are already available based on various events. You can create new gifting events by clicking on Add new gifting event at the top of the screen.

Click on "Add New Gifting Event".

You can add the gifting event using default templates or create a new custom event.

Check the event details added as default. You can edit them using the pen icon.

Then, click on "Super Admins, General Admins & Managers".

Next, select who should be informed about the event. Use the dropdown to choose the appropriate option.

Now, click on "Cost Center Head".

After, click on "Create New Collection".

Collections provide the flexibility to reward or gift employees with merchandise and gift cards, replacing the conventional points system. simply click on add next to a merch and swag and create your collection.

Next, click on "Add".

Add the details about the collection giving it a name, maximum spend limit and the purpose of the collection.

Afterwards, click on "Save".

Once the collection is saved, hover over it and click on "Use this collection" to add it to your event.
