Click on Gift.

Then, click on "Automate Gifts".

Use the templates already created or start from scratch. Click on "Create New Automated Communication.

After that, click on "Create New Automated Communication".

Next up, click on "Let's begin".

Afterwards, click on "Continue".

add the communication details, including a greeting name and description.

Add the number of days post-joining when you wish to send this gift. Check the box if you want to inform others on the team about this greeting.

Add a message to accompany your gift, including the message title and body. Preview the message to view it.

Lastly, add recipients to the award. By clicking on the pen icon, you can either choose everyone as a recipient or filter specific recipients.
