Steps

Create and Run a Pulse Survey

Navigate to Surveys.

Click on "Browse Templates".

This page displays all the available templates, along with options to create surveys from scratch.

Click on "Use this template".

The template consists of questions across various parameters, including hygiene factors, recognition, career growth, strategic alignment, relationships, and company culture.

Use this template.

Add an introduction to the survey including the survey name and purpose.

once done click on continue.

Create the questionnaire. The template already contains pre-created questions, but you can edit, delete, or add new questions as needed.

Following that, click on "Yes, Delete".

Here, you can choose to edit the question text, remove or add answer options, and manage engagement drivers. You can also mark a question as mandatory and collect feedback when the response is neutral or negative. These actions will help you gain better insights from the survey results.

Next, select whether you want to run this survey as a one-time activity, meaning it will be sent out just once, or set it as a recurring survey, which will be scheduled to run at regular intervals automatically. Choosing the recurring option helps in consistently tracking feedback over time without the need to manually send out the survey each time.

When you select the recurring option, it will prompt you to choose the frequency—such as weekly or monthly—along with the specific day of the week or month, the time, and the time zone for the survey to be sent out.

You can add custom questions by clicking on "Add Question," or for reference, you can also choose from the question bank.

Here, you can edit the question if you want to customize it according to your business needs. Please note that the pulse survey requires a minimum of one Likert scale question.
