Click to Create Campaign.

Let's demonstrate by creating a campaign specifically designed to engage newly registered program members. Campaigns can be configured either as purely promotional communications or as reward-based initiatives where we issue bonus points to incentivize specific behaviors or re-engage members.

Next up, click on the element.

For our demonstration, we'll create a promotional campaign targeting recently joined members without point issuance.

We can specify that members entering this segment in the future should automatically receive this communication, ensuring ongoing engagement with new members throughout the campaign's duration.

we can mention the bonus points to issue a member depending on the nature of the campaign. in our case we are not rewarding points.

Now, click on "Select Target Audience".

The campaign can be scheduled within specific date parameters - we'll set March 20th as our start date but leave the end date open, creating an ongoing campaign that continues to welcome new members indefinitely.

After that, click on "Select Template".

Since we don't have an appropriate template already created, we'll configure a new one called "Reach Out to New Members" and designate it as a promotional template.

Now, click on "Setup Email".

Dynamic fields are easily inserted using placeholder tags that automatically populate with member-specific information like name, point balance, or other relevant data points from their profile.

Now we go ahead and save the Email setup.

After saving our email template configuration, we'll disable the SMS template option for this particular campaign, focusing solely on email communication.

Click on "Agree & Proceed".

After that, click on "Continue".
