The new patient chart header has all the functionality it had before, with more flexibility and an ability for each user to customize the data that is shown.

The header can be collapsed down to free up additional vertical space for the chart.

Expanding the header allows you to see a variety of important information about the patient.

We have the abilitiy to view the patient's OnPatient status.

Grant the patient access to OnPatient without having to leave the page you're currently working in.
