Let's take a look at the new Allergy page.

The Allergy page is broken out into 3 panels, similar to the Problems page. The Active panel shows all active allergies for the patient you are viewing.

Let's edit the first allergy listed.

We'll change the severity of this allergy.

Let's change this one's severity to "Moderate".

Make any other updates required and then save the allergy.

Let's add a new allergy.

Select the appropriate allergy from the list.

Specify a reaction.

We'll choose "Shortness of breath", for example.

Add the new allergy.

View any inactive allergies in the second panel.

Let's view the Audit Log.

The third panel is dedicated to the allergy Audit Log.
