Steps

First, go to "Discounts".

Click on "Create Discount".

Enter your test order discount code here.

Make sure the discount type is "Percentage" and set the value to 100.

Apply the discount to the store you're testing.

Then click on "Save Discount".

Add the discount code on checkout and click on "Submit".

The 100% discount should apply.

Lastly, click on "Place order" to send the test order to your store.
