How To Change Order Status

Description
Keep customers informed about their order status and efficiently manage orders on storekit. This guide will show you how to do it in just a few steps.
Steps
1
Navigate to “Live Orders” at the sidebar.

Click on an order to view order details.

Click on "Accept order".

If the order is ready, click on "Ready for pickup".

You can let the customer know if the order is ready for pick up now or in the number of minutes you select.

Once an order has been successfully picked up, click on "Complete".

Now go to the next order.

First, click on "Accept order".

Click on "Preparing" if the delivery order is already being made.

And click on "Out for Delivery" once it has been picked up by the courier and on the way to the customer.

Lastly, click on "Delivered" once the customer has received the order.

Go to the next order.

Click on "Accept order".
