Steps

Navigate to “Live Orders” at the sidebar.

Click on the order you want to reject from the Live Orders list.

Then click on "Reject order".

On the order details page, click on "Refund order".

Toggle this on to process a full refund.

The amount will automatically be set to the full amount. If you'd like to process a partial refund, untoggle "Full refund" above and enter the amount here.
